We had a room in the basement, and so i smelt. The room was small, and the bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. The standard was bad. It was really a new experience, the worst hotelroom ever. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone. More

Not all impressed. Starting with the positives, it's within 100 yards of a tube station (Bayswater). Other than that I can't think of any else to reccomend . The room had a stale odour of smoke and the full English breakfast was rather dried up. Won't stay again More

There is no heater in the room and the walkway is very small. The worst thing is that they don't even have a tea spoon! But the deluxe room is nice in term of decoration and it is clean. More
