Apart from the small room and tiny en suite bed very comfortable staff über helpful and very friendly and a great location so close to Paddington station being the city end of the Heathrow Express which, with that combination and the easy walk to the parks and Oxford street it is a great package and we would certainly stay there... This place was amazingly clean, great customer service, very helpful staff and the entire stay was just a great one. Rooms are very clean and professional looking, bathroom looked sparkling new and the location is right next to Paddington station. Morning breakfasts in the downstairs restaurant was delicious with unlimited good coffee.

All the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely clean, comfortable even if only a small room, this we understand in London is quite normal. We could not fault our stay here and could certainly stay again.

We stayed there for half day to rest and beat the jetlag before continuing with our trip. With no reservation, the staff managed to find us an impeccable room at a very affordable price for central London. The room was small but with all the amenities inc. tea making facilities. We will definitely use again when we're up in London.
