We stayed for three nights in January as part of a business trip with three colleagues. We had chosen this hotel because, having stayed before, we knew it was comfortable and the breakfasts were good. Indeed, the rooms are small but they are fully functional and clean. More importantly the beds are comfortable. Initially we had been put into the... More

My husband and I stayed at Kensington house hotel in mid January in order to go to the Royal Albert Hall to watch the Cirque de Soleil. This hotel is in such a good location for the RAH and for the museums, shops and restaurants. It is well served by the underground and local buses to take you all over London.... More

This was my third stay at the K-House and I just think it is a great, little hotel. I was traveling with my husband and our daughter/son-in-law and we booked 2 standard rooms. The rooms are small, but are clean and have comfy beds and decent bathrooms. The breakfast is great and the fact that it is included helps contribute... More

I stayed in a single room here for a couple of nights, and was really happy with my stay. Yes, it's not the flashest hotel in town, but considering the price you pay, and the location - it's a winnner. Positives are... very friendly and obliging staff, walking distance to a couple of tubes stations, over the road from Hyde... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night only, which was more than enough. I have stayed in many 3/4/5 star hotels throughout the world and especially in London. This hotel was not deserving of even a 3*. The only thing to recommend this hotel would be the location near to Kensington Gardens. The hotel is opposite a very large building... More

A few suggestions before you book your hotel in London. Make sure the hotel you are considering is easy to access from the airport or railway station that you will be arriving into. Secondly, how easy will it be to get to the main tourist sights from this hotel. We found the Kensington House Hotel to suit our needs admirably.... More

Even though we had some problems with the Internet, the lock and the hot water in our room; the staff was really friendly and tried to help us. More

We stayed for five days in late September and found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were adequate but small. The lift was barely adequate and out of service one day. The continental breakfast was very good but wished they had started serving a little earlier as we had to be one our way for tours... More

We were met with the most terrible noise from the building site across the street, and this continued from 8 a.m. every morning and all the day long. Couldn't be in the room during the day because of this. The room was looking very tired, we stayed in a suite and had to buy a sheet to cover the sofa... More

The Hotel website had presented this hotel as a small, charming boutique hotel in Kensington and seemed perfect for the weekend break my partner and I had planned in London. On arrival we were greeted with an EXTREMELY NOISY building site adjacent to the hotel which set the tone for the duration of our stay. We were checked in by... More
