nice tourist hotel a little out of town, but with a metro near the hotel, not big rooms but still cosy and space able, we were almost thrown the hotel deal in the neck from our trip organizer for 800 DKK on top of our plane tickets for 4 days in London including breakfast. this we had certainly nothing to... Stayed for 2 nights in May 2012. Easily checked-in, there is an elevator which was good. Settled in a small but very clean room, towels provided nicely. there is a hair dryer in the room. Breakfast as ok considering the type and the price of the hotel. Staff could be more friendly but I didn't care because they were in... More

We came down to London for a trip on the Orient Express as well as the London Eye, a tour of the Houses of Parliament and to see the West End Show 'We will Rock You'. The hotel was only a short walk from Victoria Station where we caught the train. Reception was very friendly, efficient and competant. All rooms... More

We arrived late on a Saturday and check in was a breeze. The girl who worked the day shift that weekend was very helpful, friendly and smiled a lot! She helped with directions, recommendations for places to eat and offered to change our room when maintenance could not fix the shower temp control. The rooms were small, but big for... More

Having recently returned from a 6-nights stay at The Corona, I would like to say how much I enjoyed my visit. I have stayed at The Corona many, many times, and I received a wonderful welcome from Anna, Klara & Mariya; and the 2 gentlemen working at the Reception Desk were delightful, too. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts (a good job... More

Stayed there for 5 nights. Check-in staff was businesslike and not very pleasant to deal with. The room itself was rather basic but not too small with adequate lighting. Hotel is quite central and about 2 blocks walk to either Pilmico Station or Victoria Station. Breakfast was pretty boring and we wish to would've changed provided a little variety. Staff... More

The area is very nice and handy for the Victoria line tube. This is why I chose it in fact as all the hotels near where I wanted to be were full or ridiculously expensive. At 122 pounds per night this was also expensive and I did not get the family room I was obliged to book on-line, only a... More

The location is good but after travelling around Europe for two weeks, this was the worst of our hotels. It's more like a nice hostel than a hotel. I would recommend you spend the same amount of money and stay at a nicer place. Also, the front desk was not very helpful or pleasant to deal with. When we were... More

We found the desk staff very friendly and helpful. The internet connection did not make it to the second floor so had to go to lobby for web on i phone. The access code had to be reinstalled every day with a random code generated at the front desk. We found the room very small even compare to New York... More

I generally like Best Western hotels. This one I found by accident, it is about 10 min walk from the Train Station itself. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and have a lot of things you might need. I had a small room on the first floor, the shower was reasonably new but clean. The was a desk, trouser press,... More
