Wifi is $30 a day, when asked for a cup of tea while you wait for your room you will be charged excessively, it is not a nice gesture from staff for making you wait 30 min to check in. Lastly when the concierge gives you the wrong time for war horse and then blames it on an old pamphlet... More

As with other firmdale hotels the rooms are beautifully appointed and the bathrooms are superb. The hotel is right next to the Natural history and Victoria and Albert museums. The staff including the receptionists have been very responsive. The restaurant is first rate and the breakfast is one of the best in town. More
