This hotel has a wonderful locations, lost of shops, and places to eat near by, also the Tube is a short walk. I've stayed hear a dozen of times over the past few years and the staff has always been so welcoming and helpful. The rooms, are older but have a very British feel to them, so it's charming. In... The NH Harrington Hall is good located near the Gloucester Road Tube station. The staff is friendly and really helpfull! The size of our room was ok and the bed was perfect. It was a pitty that the state of the room and in particular the bathroom was a little bit worn out. Our Breakfast was ok , the items... More

We got a good deal through Gala hotels, without that I would review it to not being such a good value for money. Not a very 4-star feeling, but a nice place and good location. 2 minutes to walk to the Underground (Gloucester Rd) with 3 lines, cafes and restaurants close by, very nice breakfast included in the rate, nice... We arrived at 2.30pm and gave the woman our name. She asked if we had stayed there before (no) and were we British (no). She then looked at her screen and annouinced that there were no double beds available so she would give us a room with 2 single beds. I said I had pre paid for a double and... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our last trip to London, England. We decided to upgrade to a small suite with a King Sized Bed. The suite was lovely and well worth the extra money ... a room at the end of the hallway ... very quiet and roomy ... with all the modern comforts. We... More

I have been staying at this hotel at least 1 night a week for the last year or so. While the hotel is reasonably priced, the amenities and basic necessities are scarce. On my latest visit, their service hit an all time low which is what prompted this review. On Monday December 12, 2011 the Hot water was out as... More

I have stayed here a few times and have always been given a room which is much large than any hotel I have stayed in during visits to London. The rooms are a great size, the location is great just a couple of minutes walk from the tube station. Breakfast is also great More
