I've stayed hear a dozen of times over the past few years and the staff has always been so welcoming and helpful. The rooms, are older but have a very British feel to them, so it's charming. In...

On my latest visit, their service hit an all time low which is what prompted this review. On Monday December 12, 2011 the Hot water was out as...

I have stayed here a few times and have always been given a room which is much large than any hotel I have stayed in during visits to London. The rooms are a great size, the location is great just a couple of minutes walk from the tube station. Breakfast is also great
