Very average hotel. Nothing stood out to me as being special. I think Hilton are charging a hugh premium for the name but the standards haven't been updated. Nothing at all wrong with the hotel (avoid the 1st floor though, the noise from the Air Con is deafening!!!) but no difference from hotels I've stayed in in London for half... More

I got this hotel for a reduced price through secret rooms on Lastminute.com, and personally, i wouldn't pay full price for the room. I don't really have any major complaints, as the staff were helpful and the room comfortable, I just expected more from a 4 star Hilton hotel. We got a double room, and it was on the smaller... More

In 2010/11 this hotel would have been well worth avoiding, but following an extensive refurbishment it is now well worth considering. We experienced excellent service and as HHonors members were upgraded. Some parts of the hotel eg landings and corridors still need upgrading but our room was fine, very comfortable and access to the newly created Exec Longe was most... More

I've stayed in a lot of HIlton hotels throughout the US, even the lower end budget-friendly options, and i was truly shocked to the say the least at the standard (or lack thereof) of the London Olympia. the location was good, and close to public transportation. But that was about as good as the positive points in regards to this... More

We spent two nights here over Christmas with a Priceline purchase. This is an OK central-ish London location. With some walking, there are decent restaurants in the area, and the walk to the nearest tube station is about 20 minutes. The rooms are large for London and tastefully, modernly done, though the corridors and some of the facilities seem a... More

Stayed here for one night whilst working at an exhibition based in Olympia in December. Our company also hired one of the meeting rooms to conduct more private meetings, provide coffee etc. Firstly the positives: the lobby, bar and restaurant area are very swish and stylish. The breakfast was excellent and the chef was keen to cook up eggs however... More

Worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. I get it that rooms are smaller in Europe but my first room was a shoebox with a twin bed. The Hilton in Prague where I was before was more in line with what should be expected. Also horrible wireless access in room plus you have to get a new code each day. Twice... More

There are some complaints in the reviews of old, gross rooms. That was not my experience at all. We had a nice, spacious room with upgraded furniture and bathroom. It was much roomier than I would expect a London hotel to be. The bedding was nice and they had these huge fluffy bath towels. The concierge was helpful and the... More
