The hotel is in a very good location just opposite the tube station. We stayed there fore 2 nights and it was ok - nothing to write home about, but a decent hotel in a nice and convenient area of London.

Stayed a few nights. Only downside was the smell of cigarettes in rooms and indeed was offered a smoking room, which I thought was illegal. Otherwise food was very good and rooms clean. Excellent location with taxis very easy on hand. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a great location. It's a minute walk to the tube. Harrod's is a couple of tube stops away. The staff is amazing, they want to please you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. I loved staying here and will stay here again and again.

Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff, especially Sumeet Dua on the front desk, were extremely helpful. The included hot breakfast buffet was excellent. This was a great hotel, conveniently located to the Glouster Underground and surrounded by several really good restaurants. The staff was always willing to help with suggestions on museums and day trips. Our room was spacious and comfortable. This was our first time in the UK and starting out in this hotel says we'll come again and stay here.
