I know times are hard but this hotel could be so very much better than it is.The staff we had dealings with were all helpful and friendly. There is a small reception area very hot in a heatwave, a bar which doesn't really seem to function as one although a very helpful waiter assisted 4 thirsty Scots and a restaurant... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the John Howard. It’s in a great location, close to Harrods, Harvey Nichols and other famous designer stores, and is steps away from Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and a few world-class museums.
