After reading previous reviews expected the worse - was pleasantly surprised. We had a two triple rooms looking out onto Kings Cross Rd. The room was lovely and warm - heated with radiators rather than air con unit. Three real beds as opposed to the usual roll-away bed. Reception staff - v busy - just going thru motions - no pleasantries Room - tiny with hideous bathroom - mould on walls - very rusty shower rail - burn marks in lampshades Noise - dreadful with some sort of pump going off every 45 seconds!!
