Try to restrict your stays to the winter months otherwise the place is overun with tourists.
The rooms are very comfortable, if a little cramped, fantastic breakfast ,lunch and dinner all in The Rib Room. The bar is without atmosphere and hence ill attended.

I was ib Jumeirah Carlton towers this week. The loxation is excellent in one of the poshiest areas of London.
The ception staff is very helpful. I cant say the same for the restaurant staff, for they were too busy doing other things than serve.
