The location is, indeed, brilliant and it was nice to have a complimentary bottle of wine brought to the room and fresh fruit on the bedside table. Stayed in an executive double room which wasnt very exciting - one small window with horrible outlook which couldnt be opened, bathroom in need of redecoration with chipped tiles and mirror. Great location in the middle of Baker Street, bar and lounges downstairs much more appealing. Ok for one night but probably wouldnt go back at that price. more

The location is the best thing in this hotel., its 3 mins from Baker St tube. Everything was fine during our stay, reception staff and housekeeping were all helpful. This hotel is in a perfect location, it's just beside the underground but you can also walk to Oxford St. and Madame Tussauds. It was clean, quiet and the staff were nice. It's surrounded by lots of cafes and there are a few restaurants and pubs nearby. The only complaint I'd have is that the breakfast is way too expensive... more

This was the only hotel i have ever been to that i absolutely felt at home-the staff were so guest oriented and consistent, it made it a more personal experience.
