Our room was on the ground floor because was scared of the "no elevator" reviews I read somewhere. Proved to be inaccurate as the elevators were working fine, and we'd given up a good view from a higher floor for it. But overall the room was great, high ceiling and just enough for a couple with a lot of luggage.... More
