I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the one hand, the staff are fabulous. On the other, the rooms are very small, old and in desperate need of updating/modernising.
Location-wise it is just about perfect. Close to local amenities (Waitrose - yay!) and restaurants, and a very short walk to the Gloucester Rd tube.
