Stayed here for a few days and had a pleasant stay. It met expectations and did not disappoint. Tr location worked well for the business I had in town. A small thing, and not the hotel's fault, is that they do not show up on Apple maps directory when I was trying to get directions to the hotel. Not sure... More

My husband and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay. From the welcome we received and staff accomodated our early arrival I can highly recommend this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and also had the luxury of a fridge for guests to use, particularly great for me as I enjoy fresh milk with my cuppa!! Easy access to tube... More

this is the second time I have stayed. Location is good hotel corridors dark and poorly lit so hard to find your way. small lift but quick. room clean but starting to look a little shabby. AC rattled when used. I was however very disappointed with the service when we booked in we were told our room was clean but... More

When we travel from Nottingham to London for the day we like to have an 'afternoon tea' experience and have been trying different hotels around the Kensington area. This is one of the best we have used so far - the fillings in the sandwiches were plentiful, the scones, while a little on the small side, were fine when covered... More

The rooms are comfortable, and very very clean. The hotel is very well located.... Depending on your needs. Close to museums and Hyde Park, but not close to theatres and not that close to Oxford St. This is not meant as a criticism, but rather a comment that a good location in a city as large as London means something... This is a very quaint and charming hotel in my opinion. The location is centrally located and convenient to all tourist and business destinations. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Can not ask for more than that ! The room was very nice and comfortable. The shower was very slow, but I have encountered that at every hotel throughout London... More

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the one I had was fairly decent sized. Good location. I did not have breakfast or dine on site, but there were a few cafe's right around the corner to grab a bite. Would definitely go back.

Excellent staff and brilliant location for central London, museums and shopping I booked through last minute so I got an amazing deal. I didn't have breakfast or use any of the spa facilities but bedrooms were very comfortable and had everything you would need. Thank you

We recently returned from a 10-day London vacation, our first trip to the UK. We found this to be the perfect location for so many reasons. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the tube which we used daily to get around to sightsee. There was a pharmacy and grocery store also within a 5 minute walk as... More

Very nice hotel picked because down the road from museums and very central. We had a pleasant stay, breakfast could have been better for what we paid. Buffet breakfast, some items on the hot plate had been out too long, Bacon very dried up. Had to catch a waitress for coffee, partner given a pot of tea, when i wanted... More
