Just arrived to find a very average room but reasonably clean. TV not working and basically a box in grey. Functional but little else. Just having a dorman does not make a hotel The Ritz . Cheap and cheerful for London.

Went there for a medical meeting recently. Seems to have been recently refurbished. Very nice and clean hotel and the service seems to be good. Good location too. Shaw lecture theatre is ideal for lectures.

Good modern hotel with most of what you want from a short-stay venue, including free wifi, great breakfasts and good conference facilities - even though some of te technology in them is beyond most of the staff! Make sure you arrive early and test everything - we had to bring in additional equipment!

Really close to the St Pancras station and british library bus stop, the personnel was really nice and caring. The breakfast is great too, and rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. Great hotel for a nice weekend visiting london.
