Beautiful hotel. Booked 3 twin rooms. All very clean and fresh. One was smallish but didn't intend on being in hotel much so that didn't matter. Cleanliness more important. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was really good. Would stay there again. Central and easy to find.

Room cold. Air con/heating would not adjust.1.30 am staff couldn't stop noise..unbearable.No sleep, Luke warm shower. Milk for tea in room addled. Manager never there, she left a scribbled note of apology and a bottle of plonk!, doesn't respond to emails. Not professional and at £252 for the night a complete RIP OFF

This hotel was always first on my list when I am in London on business not only because of its location and proximity to some wonderful eating establishments in the Shepards Market area.Rooms are pleasant and clean but could do with some refreshment.Staff are excellent and very well informed and can not fault it in that score at all.

We arrived just after 1pm and our room was ready. The hotel staff were all very helpful and polite. We were upgraded to a king size room which was small but clean. For one night it was perfect. We booked with hotel direct so for the price I paid it was well worth it.
