We stay in london monthly and usually in the area of this hotel and it looks nice from the outside.... Check in was fine but the room was horrible- easily the smallest double weve stayed in EVER! The bed was a small double. TV was a tiny old fashioned portable on the wall. The wardrobe was tucked in behind the... more

There isn't a massive amount to say about this hotel that hasn't been said. The rooms are small (sometimes very small), but generally well furbished. Free wireless internet was appreciated, and worked well. My bed was comfortable and cosy. I disliked the "big box" approach to toiletries (dispensers attached to the walls), and I was surprised that the rate didn't... more

First room had a leak from the roof, dripping right onto the toilet--we were quickly accommodated in another room, which seemed fine, but which clearly also had a leak somewhere--one wall was damp, and the room began to smell overwhelmingly like mildew. Repeated comments to the staff brought no results, so we opened the "do not open" windows to the... more

I met my boyfriend at a bar in London and his opening comment was 'Think of the worst hotel room you've stayed in and that's what we got'. A friend of ours had booked a twin room for us and when I looked at the room it was incredibly small and the sloping ceiling did it no favours. I doubt... more

I stay here every week on Business and constantly am allocated a single room despite booking a double. This week was no exception except that the room I was in had noise coming at me from all sides, the shower screen was hanging on 1 hinge and the bathroom door jammed half closed. All this for £200 a night? I'm... more

We selected this hotel through "superbreak" as it was near the theatre we were attending. We there fore apparently received a special deal. The room we were given (No 25 on the mezzanine floor) was clean and tidy but was showing signs of tiredness with marks on the shower floor and an ill fitting window which had no view and... more

Just got back from a birthday visit to London and stayed at this lovely hotel. On arrival my teenage daughters and I were upgraded to a suite which was on the 6th floor and was a beautifully decorated room with large bathroom. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They left a cake, chocolates and card in... more

Very conveniently located for West End activities but hotel needs to improve its services. Several people observed checking-in were told that the hotel was overbooked. Staff told me breakfast was not included in pre-paid reservation until I showed the receipt indicating otherwise. Room was not clean...bathroom needed a good scrubbing as stains on floor and marble walls near commode were... more

I have stayed at the Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth for the past 6 years and this hotel used to be fantastic, in fact i would have classed it as a 5*. Over the years the hotel has received alot of bad press ( on 'ITV 'Tonight' Programme which related to undercover investigations regarding the Raddison Edwardian Kenilworth cleaning practices i.e- dirty... more
