Hotel is not walking close to London main attractions, but there is a tube sation front of hotel .And stay in London close to attractions, is very expensive .So, because of easy transportation, location is good.Rooms has a good size, great breakfast. I had only one problem:Stayed in a room beside reception, very noisy, room number one.But if you avoid... More

Stayed here Saturday 20th May. Arrived in the middle of the european cup final so the pub was heaving but the hotel was peaceful in every way. High quality room (we were in room 2) superb shower, comfy bed all very good. Spoke to the manager who was on the ball and wanted to know everything was in order. Great... More

Everybody loves London, and everybody hates outdated ridiculously over priced "central" london hotels. Hotel is located at Wandsworth (town) very easy to reach, all you have to do is having a daily transportation card includes both trains and undergroung (metro) for 7 pounds. From vauxhal and vaterloo metro stations there are junctions for the train. From Oxford circus i takes... More

I can't think of anything at all to criticise about the Alma. The room was spacious and the bathroom fantastic. In the evening, we ate in the gastropub-style restaurant and loved it. The breakfast menu was varied and interesting, including variations on eggs Benedict. As well as the usual combination with ham, you could choose a spinach Florentine version, or... More

Overall a really good stay, but a few things need tweaking. I cannot fault the room at all, very tastefully decorated, comfy bed, good lighting for a hotel and so on. I agree with others about poor water pressure in bathroom, but overall I thought the bathroom was lovely. A few gripes we had were the safe in our room... More

I absolutely loved this hotel. Great room, comfy bed, complimentary White Company toiletries, fantastic breakfast...it was all amazing! I was a bit worried when we arrived because the pub attached to the hotel was VERY lively (Six Nations rugby was on and the place was heaving). But the hotel itself was silent - possibly the quietest hotel I've ever stayed... More

What a great, safe, & wonderful hotel! Hotel staff are so polite & helpful. They're there for your every need & are willing to take the time to help you. I felt very safe in & around the neighborhood. It was like 4 AM & my friend & I were hungry so we walked down the street to a 24... More

I live in Glasgow, and travel to London often, with my Husband, and children aged 4 (twins) to visit my family who live in Wandsworth. The dilemma I usually face, is where to stay that has an adequate sleeping configuration, so that when my children are put to bed, my Husband and I still have a comfortable evening. We have... More

I've stayed here several times solo for business trips and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it . I used to live up the road from The Alma and the pub has always been a winner, serving great bistro food with great staff but now with the hotel attached it's perfect . The decor of the rooms is very stylish and... More

I stayed here with colleagues for a work night out, we had pretty much all the rooms in the hotel I think and apparently the size and quality varied greatly. I got a great room, really big and spacious, nicely decorated and a really reasonable price for London! We ate in the restaurant, it was very nice indeed. Would return... More
