Where to start.
Very nicely done hotel. (Although not the most accessible - you'll need to cab from a tube/train about £10)
Contemporary, stylish, interesting and calming. The rooms are of generous size, pristine and beautiful.
The staff - a different story. Arriving at 2pm to check in we were sent to the restaurant to wait due to various problems....
