Hotel is currently undergoing significant refurbishment, so do bear that in mind short term. However, it is certainly not shabby... everything seems new and clean in the rooms. Four of us stayed at this hotel to attend the Royal Albert Hall and to see War Horse at the theatre. The welcome was warm, rooms very comfortable and very very clean.
