This was our fifth time at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. They upgraded us to a suite. The rooms are large and comfortable anyway, but the suite is amazing. Service is impeccable. The location is perfect. This is our favorite place to stay in London and one of our favorites in the world.

Warmly greeted by the doorman at my arrival who couldn't have been more helpful throughout my stay.
