Stayed for three nights on a Christmas shopping weekend. Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection on the room service menu if you want to spend a quiet evening in the room. This is hereby my favourite hotel in London. The hotel is conveniant located near Hyde Park Corner, close to Buckingham Palace. It was easy to go from Victoria Station, as I normally use Gatwick airport. The staff is very serviceminded and polite. My room was fabulous, and very comfortable.
