Excellent hotel, great service, great location for central London. More

Our room was not ready for some reason, despite arriving late afternoon and we were immediately given free afternoon tea and upgraded to a suite. The pool is old school but wonderfully well maintained. We were beyond impressed but the service and for that alone would go back. More

We really liked the Berkeley--central Knightsbridge location, nicely appointed rooms, GREAT gym and pool (unlike many hotels, the gym /pool is on the top floor and has great light and views). If you happen to get a newer, spacious room, it's a fabulous experience. The service is excellent, the hotel is quiet (except the blue bar, however I've never been bother by noise from it) and the food service is good. Prices are ridiculous however. Excellent reception upon arrival at hotel. Booked through American Express, which included many perks in the package (upgrade, free internet and breakfast). Staff makes you feel home and go to great lengths to make stay enjoyable. Rooms were very quite and comfortable. Bar area is very cozy and conducive for business meetings. Highly recommend this property. More
