Stayed just before Christmas and was generally very impressed. Good service but the room was dark and lacked ample light. The bar is wonderful and the food in all restaurants very good indeed, especially at Gordon Ramsay. It's sister hotel the Berkeley was much more welcoming. More

With Claridge's reputation my expectations were high especially with the room price. However, the basic necessities were not met. For instance, the water heater in the toilet was not working. Hotel staff were arrogant "concierge" and not that helpful. We'll not go again! More
