Excellent hotel at St. Pancras station. Had dinner at the Booking Office, top notch but a bit pricy. Breakfast not included in price but spoilt for choice when we went out to the station. Our room view was on to the roof of the adjacent station. Use of the old station building is a credit to those involved. Pity the... More

I have just stayed at this hotel, and wow, what a hotel. Firstly the history and design of this building makes it outstanding in itself. Do make a walk around and see the wonderful architecture. The staff throughout are wonderful, genuinely seeming proud of where they work and wanting to please. They all said hello whenever you saw anyone in... More

We had the opportunity of staying here for a night before travelling on Eurostar and were looking forward to seeing this beautiful building. We were not disappointed - the architecture is wonderful and the restoration is stunning. As residents we were able to go into the Chambers part of the building and see the spectacular staircase and ceiling. Our room... More

I had a night to spent between a trip with the Eurostar to Paris and my flight beck to NYC with Virgin Atlantic, so I chose to spend the night in this hotel. I was very impressed by the architecture of the bldg. My room was a standard rate, booked on trip advisor, so I had a minimum service, I... More

A truly wonderful hotel experience, especially as we had access to 'Chambers Club' with complimentary bar, snacks and breakfast. Beautiful room, more like a suite, high ceilings and first class facilities. Staff could not be nicer. BUT we had a dining disaster in the Gilbert Scott restaurant - food was so salty it burned your tongue. We left most of... More

The hotel is beautiful and they have done an amazing job with the refurbishment. The service however is not up to the opulent and magnificent building. I booked a Chambers Junior Suite for 3 nights. Check in was great and the room up to expectation. Although asked the person who showed me to the room not to send the butler... More

Excellent spa/swimmingpool area (indoors, basement). Great service. A little expensive, the room was a bit small compared to the price. Not the best location, a little bit from Soho, downtown etc. No breakfast included. More

Great atmosphere, very quiet room overlooking British Library, attentive staff, good tv in room with free Sky Sports. Bed and linen top class, though we had to make do with a twin having ordered a double. Friendly welcome and room made available even though we arrived early at 11.30am. Breakfast seemed likely to be below expectations, since it was in... More

My husband and I spent 5 nights at St. Pancras, and we couldn't have been happier! We were out site-seeing all day, and it was so amazing after a long tiring day, to come in and shower in a beautiful, clean, spacious bathroom. They had comfortable robes and slippers for you. The bed was so comfortable! Down mattress pad, down... More

The is a wonderfully renovated hotel to stay at, not just for Train enthuasts but also for those who like to imagine the grand style of old. This being said if you stay in a barlow room you wont see much of this as it is mostly modern fittings and fixtures which you would expect in a 5 star hotel.... More
