
The hotel was filthy the window in my room was broken and would not close so it was cold and never got any sleep for two nites would never stay there again .

carpets were filthy, room was dusty, whole hotel didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. shower was shared and never available. service was appalling. overall very unhappy with this hotel except for the location.
not even a 'thank you' from reception when we checked out.

I regularly go to London on business for a few consecutive days and if I can find a low cost room to stay in, I'll stay over other than pay the train fare home and back the next morning. They are usually models rooms and nothing to write home about, but this time I booked the Old Friend. Never again....

We came on Thursday, and there was an excess of "air fresener" in the room... and later we discovered why...the room had a significant measure that generates the odor. We spend there 3 nights, and with no sheets or towels changed, on night number 3 the humidity of our bed was unbearable.Do not stop here. Sincerely , Silvana.
