We stayed for one night only due to a lack of hotels near to Wembley, we where under the illusion that we had booked a standard family room with ensuite. However in reality we got a four bunkbedded room with only a sink, and 2 of the beds where not full sized. We where also under the impression that there... More

Very clean, the 10bed room is not bad at all, just a little small and it is in the basement. The breakfast is continental but you can eat as much as you want and is pretty good. The bathroom is always, but really ALWAYS, clean. The subway is about 5 minutes away as well as the bus. The only problem is... More

I ended up staying here because I got stuck in London for two days, and it was probably the best hostel we stayed at the entire trip. We were almost out of money and were heading to Dublin to spend a week with a friend before heading home. We weren't looking to go out and do anything, so we spent... More

Situated in the north-west of London, this is a great way to both explore the city and get away from the hectic of the city centre. Good transport links (Jubilee line tube station is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to Green Park in 15 or so mins) and the 24-hour bus (line 98) stops right outside the hostel!... More

To save money, we stayed in an 11 pound per night 22 bed dorm. While a scary thought at the start and worried about the lack of sleep, we were happy to realise while the hostel wants the guests to have a good time, they kind of discourage a loud party atmosphere and restrict any type of drinking and partying... Spotlessly clean and with very good facilities - including a towel. Breakfast fine and very helpful cook was more than cooperative in providing an earlier than scheduled breakfast for our school group. Staff quite unhelpful and in one case just plain rude and inappropriate. A function suite is hired out which meant for a very night and showers/bathrooms reserved for... More

+++++ what I like I liked the hotel, in general. Has nice and clean rooms, and very nice staff. The bed was very comfortable. We had free access to internet, free access to computers and parking. Very quiet area We had a locker inside our room that only open with our card key* - - - - - What I... More

We arrived in the hostel around 9pm and receptionist could not find our booking. We showed him the confirmation e-mail and he checked us in. When we started going to our room, we realised that he had checked us in 10-bed dorm even though we had booked (and paid for) a 4-bed one. We asked why we are not in... More

This place was amazing! The staff had the best customer service I have experienced in all of my travels around Europe. The place was cleaned like 20 times a day and the breakfast was exactly what was needed to start a great day of sightseeing. The area is in zone 2 in a leafy green suburb with an easy 5... More
