I was in this hostel and even if the location is perfect (close to everything), I feel it was overcrowed, there was no almost space in the room, which was full of beds leaving narrow corridors to get your place, but this wasn't a problem at all, in my opinion the worse part is the toilet, just one by floor,...

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff was VERY helpful and had many suggestions for places to go and were very knowledgeable in the transit system. The kitchen was not for use and we were told it would not ever be, due to concern with fire hazard. This made it a bit difficult to keep meals inexpensive as...

The concept of an "all women's" hostel is fabulous. The fact that security is lacking, is something that kept myself and women in my room on edge. Some came for one night, others stayed longer. From "austerity measures" by the owner, lights without bulbs, to smoking indoors, to fire escapes that are inadequate, this place is not safe for women....

The location is great. The bathrooms are clean and the sheets are clean. Plus there's a lovely view from the balconies and it's located in a pretty safe area.
The room I was in had two dim lights. A lady bunking beneath me and complained. A gentleman from the restaurant downstairs came up and replaced a dull bulb and added...

The high standard of cleanliness that this hostel boasts of has dropped significantly in the last 5 months since i've been here. Perhaps because of its popularity, the hostel has become complacent in conducting even basic cleaning in their bathrooms. There is mould in the shower, absence of soap and hand cream (when these were provided during previous visits), a...

This is the worst hostel or guest house I have ever experienced in my 30 years of traveling. Mildew, mold and now they are taking the door off of the refrigerator and throwing the food away without notice. One out of 3 of the bathrooms for 60 women is broken. No mutual living space, no kitchen or anywhere to eat....

I stayed there for a week. The location is excellent - close to tube, metro, convenience store and cafes etc. I wouldn't give 4 star though. Although fridge, microwave, and sink is there, no working stove us provided.
Bed rooms have various numbers of beds. These beds are pretty tightly packed - I can't imagine staying here when it's >...

The hostel is so well placed! It is right in the heart of London with so many tourist attracts close by. I stayed at the Piccadilly Guest House because I was on a writing course for the weekend and the accommodation proved to be just what I required:- a comfy bed, clean and hygienic, with more than decent lavatories. Although...

When I think of hostels I think of crappy, smelly back packers places so when I found this place and it's website I was a little warey. I think a women only hostel is a brilliant idea especially when there are quite a few females who travel alone. I wasn't backpacking or anything, I was in London to see a...
