Everything was excellent in the very spacious room. Comfortable bed, interactive TV, organic products in the bathroom, light fixtures. Impeccable service in the Reception, the SPA and the restaurant. And very cheap for a 5 star hotel. When I visit London again, I will surely book in this hotel.

Hotel Staff extremely helpful durning 12 night stay this past December. Room was kept clean and refreshed each day. Shuttle worked out well for us, we were able to get to and from Clapham Commons, & tube when we needed, everyday without any problems. Would highly recommend this hotel when traveling to London. BD
