Second time to this hotel and again I found it faultless. Rooms are superb, very contemporary and surprisingly spacious. Staff were friendly and professional and the location is excellent. Breakfast was cooked to perfection - a rarity in too many hotels! Would happily recommend. more

We arrived at the hotel in freezing conditions following a cancelled holiday on the Eurostar to Bruges. Our spirits were lifted by the shift leader on reception. She could not have been more welcoming, she helped us find our way around the very New York hip area of Bermondsey and even provided an umberella to get out in the snow!... more
