I have used this hotel more than once and not so far ever been disappointed. On my latest visit I got a free room upgrade, amazing considering the low rate I had actually paid! The hotel is fine, and the service is good. We were on the hotel for 3 days but if you are going to be in London for a week or two, then find another hotel.

Laughably poor, ( and yes we did laugh, but in disbelief) If it were 20 quid a night then that would be fine, but at 140 for 3 of us in one room, the joke was on us. Getting roaring drunk was the only option. Decided breakfast would be pushing our luck too far...
