we stayed there for 1 night, reception really helpful, the room was clean, bright, and the bathroom was spotless. Only 5mins walk from the station and plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs etc within walking distance. For the price we were very impressed. Good location and good rate for London. Could have been a bit cleaner but the bathroom and bed were clean. Small bedroom and oversized bathroom, not great use of space. More

We are currently still staying at "Suites 198, Room 202" Just a sum up of the facts, of the state of our room: 1) Broken Hairdryer 2) Broken Heating in bathroom 3) Broken are half of lights in the room 4) Did not try microwave and stove, but propably broken 5) Freezing cold water in the shower 6) Used tissues... We went there, and everything was nice.. the guy at the office seemed very friendly and told us about how to get around in london and asked if we have further questions, we also got an emergency cellphone number (for what reasons we weren't told at that time), so we went there, nice room.. but then.. when we came home...
