I found worms everytime I took a shower. Absolutely disgusting. I informed the staff but the worms kept coming back. They offered a refund or a free weekend stay. Of course I opted to refund. I would never stay in SACO again. Terrible!!!!

Easy to find and a great set up with the NCP car park - £18 for the stay overnight if you obtain the discount card from the main reception. Having stayed here for one night staying in london for a show very good location and very good hotel its not the hilton but its not hilton prices . Breakfast very nice staff very nice rooms clean beds comfortable a good all round hotel

Stayed here with my partner whilst attending a friends wedding. we stayed in room 3 which is a 2 bedroom apartment. This is the third time I have stayed at these apartments. It's a fabulous location. We love it. E drugging you need is in the apartment. Service is great and this time around we had our own apartment manager. This particular apartment No 6 actually needed upgrading compared to all others. did a report on london them went there for birthday and of corse this is the hotel i went to. there was a lot of room to move around. it wasnt small at all it was gorg.. if you guess ever go to london you wount regret coming to this hotel.

This was a great stop for a theatre break. Large room, clean (no frills, but hey, at the price who could possibly complain?). Stayed with a friend for 2 nights at this hotel, and hotel was very good value! Very clean with good furnishing, a small complaint would be that the reception did not offer a late/curtesy room for my luggage.
