I've stayed here 3 times. First time: Got a double room in the basement. Stayed with a friend of me. The decor is adorable, and while on the smaller side, it was adequate and we really liked the place. Sooo... Second time: I stayed there again. This time I booked a double room for just myself. When I arrived they... More

We were extremely impressed with the hotel, it was ridiculously clean and extremely cosy. The staff were helpful, we did try to check in around an hour earlier but unfortunately our room wasn't ready, however just down the road is a main high street with tons of restaurants and fast food which is incredibly handy. Once we checked into our... More

Traveled down for our wedding aniversary. Everything ok until we got to our room, which was very small, the windows had three (3) different sized curtains on one window, and the other window i kept tripping over them because they were too long. The room was very cold at night, we asked for the heating to be looked at but... More

Stayed in this hotel for a week with my partner on a business trip. Excellent location, close to tube and Kensignton High Street, as well as conference centres. Room was very small, although by London standards it wasn't so bad - just enough room to move around the bed, and you could pull the chair out from the table and... More

We arrived ready to check in at the hotel to be told immediately that we were being moved to the Thistle in Piccadilly with no explanation. The reception area was full of unhappy guests like us expecting to check in. The reception staff were completely useless at communicating the problem to any of the guests which resulted in a lot... Checked other reviews and they mentioned you get moved to another hotel apon arrival. This is exactly what happened to us they mentioned the boiler was having trouble then mentioned the air conditioning wasn't working after asking further. After arguing for a few minutes they said we could stay across the road in the town house rooms. Got there and... More

I'm now in my "Deluxe" room, USD 1262 for 7 days. Expected to spend 7 days in a quality hotel...for 1262 USD it should have been, as I thought. When the hotel staff showed me my room I was a bit shocked if not say more. The deluxe room is in the BASEMENT! I don't know what are rooms above... More

This was ideal - not too expensive for London and a great location 1 minute from Earls Court tube and only about a 15 minute walk from High Street Ken, so lots of places to eat and have coffee (Starbucks, Pauls etc) nearby. The room had 2 chairs for sitting, a flat screen TV with freeview basic channels, decent toiletries... More

We booked this hotel as we were attending an event at Hammersmith Apollo. We didnt want to spend a lot on a hotel room as we were not expecting to spend much time there. The hotel was well located to Earls Court tube station and was easy to find. When we arrived at the hotel we walked up the steps... More
