Staying at Lombard Lane was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect and the its self check-in service made my stay private and personal. The apartment itself was very tidy and new with great facilities. I will definatly be back next time, however i did have to call the office once and they dealt with my query immediatly. more

Possibly the worst place I have ever experienced. Shower was overgrown with mildew. Staff was impossible to get in contact with after multiple attempts, and will charge a 50gbp service charge for calling. Email address provided does not work. Cleaning services not performed. No on site staff so difficult to communicate. We stayed here for 2 weeks in winter, we arrived when it was dark so it was not easy to see the apartment building, and it was quite a procedure to find the room and the keys. The ceiling was low and the unit was very close to the road. Took at... more
