Checked into the hotel approx 6.30pm on the saturday night , staff could not have been any more helpful , top marks !! rooms are ok , had a great night sleep restaurant was open until 10.30pm, very nice food . also stayed the following friday , again superb staff and room. transfers were available , or they paid for... more

I read some other reviews about this hotel and expected the worse but was really pleasantly surprised. Yes its located outside the city centre ( 20 mins in car) and preferably you would need a car to get the best from it if you are using it other than as a stop over to fly out from the airport but... more

This hotel is just a few mins walk to the bus into the city ..so if travelling to/from airport ideal...it is new ..clean ..modern but the food is the usual mass chain pre packaged meals. However they do make the facilities including cutlery etc available for take away meals. We found a goldmine online with free delivery ..a godsend...such nice... more

Wish I could say good things about this hotel, but I cant: 1: Parking - if arriving late at night in peak season, you will find it very hard to get a space in the car park, as this hotel only has 100 spaces, but lets people keep cars at this hotel if they pay extra when staying the night... more

This hotel is a 2 minute drive from the airport and as we had an early morning flight, it suited us to book this hotel for the night before. We stayed at the holiday inn express on 22nd July for one night prior to picking up friends at JL Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to use the airport shuttle to collect our friends thus saving on parking charges at the airport.
