The best aspect of this hotel is the service. The staff at check-in, the cleaners, the reception at breakfast, the wait/bar staff in the restaurant and the staff in the cafe were all excellent and really understand their business. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern. The overall ambience is great. The breakfast buffet was good - the selection was... More

We have never slept in till 10am in a hotel (and was in bed at 10pm the night before! Luckily Saturday breakfast is till 11am. The usual choices of self service cereals, fruit, cold meat and cheese and a hot english breakfast buffet selection. All very nice. There is no car park at the hotel it's just round the corner,... Kiwis on Tour Stayed at the Indigo during our recent stop-off in Liverpool while traveling throughout the UK. Hotel room and en-suite, although a little on the expensive side was worth every penny. Staff were great as was the location. Roomy, modern and brightly colored in every way. Very highly recommended+++ More

I have recently stayed in this hotel as a present for my 40th Birthday. I was very pleased with the excellent service from the moment I entered the building we were greeted and escorted to the booking in desk by a gentleman who was very interested in our stay. The interior was amazing throughout the building which was reflexed in... More

I experienced Hotel Indigo as part off a hen party. We were all really pleased with the origional and fun style of the hotel. Soooo much better than a boring Holiday inn/Travel, and probably cheaper. All the staff were courteous and helpful including providing a city map (and marking our desired destination) and were also tolerant of breast feeding. The... More

This is the first indigo hotel I have stayed in and I was impressed. The check in was wonderful and really welcoming, one of the best I have experienced . The room was nice but on the small side, but tastefully decorated and a free minibar. The location is great and easily to walk to most central area's. Breakfast was... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights for a weekend away and had a great stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy! The free mini bar was an unexpected bonus and was replenished every day. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but we did have the breakfast which was served buffet style.... More

I chose this hotel from the ICH group website not having stayed at an Indigo brand before. The decoration and colour scheme although bright and contemporary made such a refreshing change to the usual corporate decor expected in a city centre hotel. The hotel staff were excellent - from the welcome at reception, which was warm, friendly and efficient, to... More

We were not aware when we booked that this hotel was part of the IHG group of hotels but it didn't disappoint. We had a top floor room (green) which had one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Excellent self service breakfast with plenty of choice. Evening meals at the MPW restaurant were on a par with all... More

This hotel is absaloutely wonderful. Bright, cheerful and refreshingly different from the same uniformed chain hotels we see in most city centres. It was maintained to a very high standard and was immaculately clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I cant think of any negatives about my stay, it was all first class and the price was... More
