Good location by the water, 5-10 minutes from Albert Dock and next to the Liver Building. Good service (e.g. they came to fix the TV very quickly.) Decor felt rather tired and naff but towels and robes were fluffy! Breakfast is standard buffet i.e. full English with someone frying eggs then and there. more

Myself and my friends stayed in the Hotel for a weekend break. On arrival to the Hotel the reception staff were appalling, not friendly and very unhelpful. After one night stay one of my friends where told that they where noisy and disruptive on the Thursday night when they had only arrived on the Friday!!!! When they tried to explain... more

I was a bit disappointed with our room at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool. As soon as we entered the room, we could smell toilet which was a bit nauseating. I had to close the door to the bathroom so that the whole room didn't smell of pee. The room was a tad cramped as well. Also, the roof tiles in... more

Really liked this hotel. Very clean, nice rooms. . The location is very convenient for shopping and museums. The only problem was we were at the end of the corridor and there was something very noisy above us. As it didn't keep us awake we didn't mention it but if you are a light sleeper then it may be a... more

From getting a car parking space in "prime position" to having a local restaurant recommended & booked at very short notice - the service at this hotel was the best we have experienced in a very long time. If you want a stay in Liverpool - this is the hotel to choose. Well done to the manager & his team more

Hotel right on the pier head - but still quiet. Couldn't believe it, but it was true. And parking available. The hotel lived up to the hype, even down to the comissionaire on the door. The pool/spa/gym is a real bonus. The rooms were very nice (though I have stayed in larger ones). Very well appointed. Only downside? it's a... more

This is a superb hotel ! Right from entering the hotel lobby, I experienced a very friendly welcome from the hotel team - check in was very efficient and helpful. The room was great and good value for money. Food in the restaurant was also good and fast service as well. As a Priority Club member I was provided with... more

We stayed for 4 wonderful nights with our teenage children & enjoyed every minute. The Hotel was spotless & our room was spacious with fantastic views over the water & Liver Building across the road. The pool & spa were great after a long day & the bar & restaurant served outstanding meals . Breakfast was truly amazing, never seen... more

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza for 1 night, the rooms were very large and comfortable, with nice beds and pillows. The staff were polite and very prompt in checking us in. The car park is £7.50 for the day which is quite a bargain compared with others in the city and the next day you can go shopping and... more
