We recently stayed at one of their 2 bedroom apartments. This company has apartments in many locations in the city centre of Liverpool, including one at Cornwalis Street. At the time of booking, we were told that we would stay at the Cinnamon Building as described in the website [--] but prior to our arrival, they decided to move us to an apartment at Pall Mall. The staff member believed that this apartment would give us more space and be more suitable for family. She explained that we wouldn't be able to find any description of this apartment in the website, but continued that this would be of similar quality. We accepted and trusted her judgement.

However, we were really disappointed by the quality of the apartment. Firstly, it was dirty and full of scratches and marks on every walls. Even the most basic facilities such as a teapot were missing. The bedrooms have no doors but separated by semi-transparent curtains. She told us that the upstair shower didn't work because it... more
