What a wonderful welcome absolutely first class breakfast. Great night sleep with wonderful rooms. Land lady is a star could not do enough for you. Rooms clean and very spacious at a very reasonable price. Would strongly advise staying when in Lincoln.

From the moment we rang the bell till we left our stay was wonderful. In a Victorian guesthouse. Our room was huge, 3 beds, though only 2 of us, with a good sized bathroom. Stayed here on the weekend when in Lincoln for the weekend, was a very nice clean place, the staff were nice, was easy to find and a short walk to the castle. Has Free WiFi , Would stay again

Stayed for the Christmas Market in 2009. The B&B was easy to find, good parking, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, showers were hot and powerful, breakfast was lovely (and gluten free for me) with advice on where to park the next day. We couldn't really ask for more and I'm hoping to stay again for the 2010 Christmas Market!
