i can only say about room 8..this was the worst room ever stayed in .you could not sit down and use toilet with door closed,shower was 12 inches[approx] from toilet,the smallest ensuite you will ever find.wall paper hanging off walls,under rad no wallpaper.but clean and comfy bed.could have been bigger but no room.we paid £50.00 only worth £30.00.mr.filer More

We stayed at the Admiral guest house while visiting family in Lincoln. We had a lovely double room with an en suite shower.
