£5 per day to park my car is just plain wrong in my view. room was plain and cold, reminded me of an office. Wanted a hot choc before bed but £5 for room service so went to the bar, was told that I couldn't order hot drinks after 11pm. Will never stay here again!!

One overnight stay at the Hilton with family. We checked in with no problems. As the floor is only on two levels there is no lift. So would suggest advising hotel in advance if you need a ground floor room. Room was clean and spacious, plenty of towels, soaps and shampoo. very pleasant stay, room was very clean and staff were friendly. the room was too hot and there is not air conditioning available therefore I had to leave the window open and as it's next to a motorway this is very noisy. I had dinner at the hotel restuarant and this was very nice however slightly overpriced.
