We stayed here for the illuminations 2012 with our 2 kids (5&7yrs) Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but literally 5 mins walk to the front. Lovely clean room. Friendly welcome, biscuits, sweets and fruit for the kids. Nice cooked breakfasts. Family atmosphere. Wud stay again.

Very friendly and helpful owners, very clean, nice to have stuff like water and fruit in the room. Good location away from noise, and all for a very good price. Chose this place based on the good reviews and was not disappointed. Recommended!

Our main criteria for a two night weekend break in Blackpool was the cleanliness of the accommodation having stayed in some (and I don't use this word lightly) disgusting hell holes in the town of which, unfortunately, there is no shortage. I can concur with the other reviews on here that this place is very clean and a credit to... More

Myself, my husband and our 2 boys, stayed at the Lantern Hotel for 2 nights from Friday 3rd August. Upon arrival we were greated by the lovely owners, who cannot do enough for you. We had a SAVED & SECURE parking space and our bags were taken up to our room. The entrance of the Hotel has beautifull flowers that smell... More

We stayed at the Lantern for the 2nd time and just like our 1st visit, it was top class. They have spent more money on bringing more of the rooms up to the modern standard of all the rest. The Hotel is so clean throughout, I would eat the wonderful breakfast off the floor if required. The service they provide... More

I booked this trip to take my two kids to Blackpool for a weekend away to spend quality time and visit the Pleasure Beach. I chose this hotel like many others through good reviews on Trip Advisor. We stopped for two nights (Friday 1st June 2012 to Sunday 3rd June 2012). The room was spotless, clean fresh sheets, clean fresh... More
