At long last, a totally fantastic hotel to stay in in Blackpool.Their customer service was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice and with fresh ingredients. Rooms very comfortable with the added bonus of valet car parking. Would recommend and would definitely use again.Thank you.

A lovely hotel with excellent customer service.This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in recently and will definitely be using it again.The rooms were clean and welcoming and the breakfast was beautiful.The car parking service was very useful and nothing was too much trouble.

Mark & Martin made us feel very welcome,parked my car and helped us 2 girls with our numerous cases(!). Just returned from Blackpool after staying at this hotel during the September weekend ,not only did the hotel manage to accommodate me at short notice but our stay was wonderful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was wonderful .THe hotel staff were efficient and very helpful. I would stay here again .
