Just spent five fabulous nights at the Glenwalden Hotel; on arrival we were greeted by Ian (the owner) and from that point on, our every need was catered for down to the last detail. Stayed at Glenwalden for 2 nights as a family. The new owners are new to the hotel. The tram stops just up the prom and was easy to use. I bought a tram day ticket, and mostly we walked the pleasure beach took us an hour to walk to, but this did the children good. The bedding was very clean... More

We stayed for 2 nights with our 7 month old baby in the family room which had room for a cot which was provided. We was made to feel really welcome and can't fault anything about our stay. Thank you to Ian and Helen for having us, will definitely go stay again. Ray, Michelle & Ethan.
