Nice little place, clean and friendly and good position for enjoying Blackpool. Great freshly cooked breakfast and good value for money. Extremly helpful and very nicely allowed us to leave our luggage with them during the next day as our train wasn't until late afternoon.

We had a lovely stay and the hosts were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds very comfortable! Breakfast was superb, will definitely recommend to others. Situated very close to the golden mile! Altogether there were four families (13 in total) with the youngest being nearly 3. You can come and go when you like with no time restrictions.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying here. We felt very welcome, the bed was so comfy it was hard to get up for breakfast but the food was also really nice so it was worth it! A really good location for day and night activities. We would definitely stay again
