Our party of four had poor rooms- cracked wash basins, torn lino in the shower room, broken handles on wardrobe etc etc, and not even clean enough for basic accommodation. This is my second visit to hacketts. Everything in this hotel is great. The food, staff management and entertainment all are excellent. I will visit this hotel as long as I keep visiting blackoool. Great work every one keep up the good work.

Came here for the 60s weekend with my mum,yet again had a wonderful time!staff and owner bernie are fabulous,nothing is too much trouble and very friendly,food was great and the entertainment was brilliant!every one joins in to make it special,paul the singer and comedian was the highlight of our stay,very talented and so funny!will be back again soon...

would recommend Christmas festive season for any one who wants a good time . We visited this Hotel in March and will definitely not be going back. The rooms are below standard. The shower curtain was dirty, we were moved to another room which was a little better but curtains were hanging from the curtain rail, holes in the duvet cover, it's not what you expect when you pay good money to go away.... Every year we use hacketts for our annual re-union 100+ guests, the hotel really pull the stops out to make our stay most enjoyable, nothing is too much trouble. Staff are friendly and really work hard during our Saturday evening regimental 6 course banquet. All in all top marks all round.

Right from the start a great experience the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, as for the room it was a great size for a double room en-suite, the entertainment was excellent and the disco was great.
