The hotel is in a really convenient location....on the doorstep of the Winter Gardens and a shopping centre.Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and overall quite basic but good value for money. More

went good friday for hardcore event at syndicate, location is brilliant less than a minute downhill stagger back from syndicate, opposite winter gardens, nice & clean, did not have brekkie, friendly staff, will defo use again More

Mr Osterley was exceptionally helpful, he waited outside to direct us to our allocated parking spot, he was there a while too as we went around the block three times before we found it. Only stayed here because I went to see The Prodigy at the Empress Ballroom. I have to say I was very dissapointed in Blackpool itself, what a hole. But... Went up to Blackpool for the weekend with supporters club to watch cardiff city play , very helpful and friendly staff, very good breakfast , rooms basic but lovely and clean, , not far from tower.Cannot fault this hotel for the price paid, would go back to this hotel. More

A great hotel & Mr. Wong the owner is great & helpful. the rooms are clean & tidy. Great value for money a large group of us have stayed her now for the last 4 times. We would'nt go anywhere else & the breakfast is beaut!!!! More
