What a great weekend we had,Chrissy and Gordon were fantastic, they made us really welcomed from the time we arrivied to the time we left. The rooms were clean and bright and the beds very comfortable, and food was excellent. Would recommend this hotel and give it a 5 star rating.

Not a bad word to say about The Avenue or Gordon and Chris. They were very welcoming and full of information about the town. When we arrived the kettle was put on straight away and Chris and Gordon joined us for breakfast each morning. Close to the beach, trams and town centre so perfect for our short break.

Very impressed with both the guest house and its owners. Very welcome place where u can find everything starting with the owners (Chris and Gordon)and everything what means to have a nice and comfortable place to stay. Don't hesitate to go there cause you will be pleased to find such a nice place with everything included.

Just the one night in Blackpool, in early April, freezing cold, but greeted by the warmest of welcomes by Gordon. We had selected The Avenue after reading the many positive reviews.
